Experience an award winning menu accompanied by a talk from a Sommelier.
Arrival from 7:30pm for an 8pm sit down. Canapes will be served in the bar upon arrival. Following the aperitif you will be taken through to the restaurant where you will be served a 4 course dinner. Wine for each course will be served with a brief talk about the selected wine.
The wines in course order are:
- Canapes – Saumur de Grenelle Chenin
- Duck – Madiran
- Salmon – Tavel, by Lafond, a rose
- Lemon Sorbet – Limoncilo made from Grappa and Sicilian lemons
- Roast Cod – Mission Estate Chardonnay, New Zealand
- Rhubarb – White Floc de Gascogne, Delord
